Domestic Shipping

You will be given the option to select first class or priority mail for all wagons, shelf sitters and inserts and magnet packs. Custom signs will be shipped via UPS.

returns & exchanges

I accept returns on all wagons, shelf sitters, inserts, and magnet packs. I DO NOT accept returns on custom signs due to the nature of the purchase. You have 14 days to return the item.

damaged or faulty goods

If an item arrives to you damaged please contact me immediately and include a photo of the item(s) that are damaged. In most cases I should be able to replace the items in a timely manner. I will send you a return label and ask that you return the item as quickly as possible. I will not accept returns on items after 14 days.
